Originally built in 1970, the exterior of this pre-engineered metal building was significantly remodeled to reflect clean lines and a modern aesthetic. Exterior components of steel siding and stone were removed to create storefront openings. The profile of the exterior was modified by adding framed column pop-out features clad in stone and colored concrete blocks to accent the walls. Architectural steel frames and modern lighting fixtures were added to each storefront opening as well as architectural steel screen panels on the roof for future tenant signage. Existing exterior walls were covered with EIFS and a new, 70,000 SF roof was installed over existing metal roof.
