Exterior and interior remodel of a 1910 building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Exterior work included the demolition of an adjacent concrete block garage, addition of ADA ramp and stairs, brick restoration on 3 sides plus addition of 2 concrete landings in the back, new sidewalk, curb and half-street improvements. Interior renovations include demolition of existing interior walls, sandblasting interior brick, repair to existing wood flooring, new stairs to basement and adding 2 restrooms. A demising wall was constructed to create 2 tenant spaces. Each space has new HVAC, new lighting and a new store front entrance. Two new glass overhead garage doors and all new windows also installed.
