Located downtown in the historic Cardwell Building, the tenants wanted an inspired environment for their creative agency. Previously renovated in the 1980s, the space had been sectioned into multiple small offices with drop ceilings. The entire interior was gutted and ceilings restored to original tin tiles. A glass walled conference room with a dramatic 8’ ceiling-to-floor water feature provides a focal point. Organic finishes including steel, glass, ghost wood, stone and water combine to create a Zen-like experience.
